Reporting to the Engineering Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible to ensure various projects are delivered on time or ahead of the planned schedule in the region.

T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 33 stores across the country : 14 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 11 in Ontario, and 1 in Quebec. The Company’s continuous expansion is going to bring more new stores in the next couple of years.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Project Manager in the coordination, scheduling, reporting and quality control functions
• Monitor project progress on a regular basis, ensure projects are delivered on schedules
• Supervise progress of on-site construction, minimize circumstances leading to project delay
• Interpret and read technical drawings, drawing records, subsequent revisions
• Maintain all projects related documentation, including but not limited to records of all testing and inspections, licensing, and permit requirements, etc
• Maintain regular communication with relevant T&T internal departments / stores and outside trades / contractors / vendors
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior(s)
• Ability to travel as required
