Within the Collateral Management team, you will be part of the larger Securities Borrowing and Lending sector consisting of 40 colleagues and report to the Senior Director. Our team stands out for its dynamism, its complicity, its agility, and its accountability. The team's mandate is to effectively manage collateral and counterparty risks for the settlement of securities borrowing and lending transactions. Our mission is to optimize the use of available collateral, ensure proper coverage of exposures and mitigate risks associated with collateral management. Joining the collateral management team means being an expert in collateral management and optimization, and someone who wants to consistently have a leading impact on the success of the Bank and more specifically Capital Markets.
The training of new employees is done with the help of the Capital Markets Operations Academy and then within the sector. The training is based on learning in action, allowing you to quickly master your tasks.
