You’ll provide professional insurance advice to clients at various car dealership locations so they can drive their new ride away knowing they’re protected. The Responsibilities
First things first, you’ll provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships.We work as a team so, you’ll assist in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones and everything in betweenYou’ll handle any customer complaints with professionalism and understandingYou’ll set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales productionYou’ll ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulationsYou’ll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and fundsWe want you to grow too! You’ll be continuing your professional development in order to further enhance your skills and abilitiesAt the end of the day, we represent HUB. Level 1 General Insurance License6+ months of previous insurance experienceStrong communication written and verbal; someone who is experienced in building relationships with clients through a customer service mindsetAn entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiativeA valid driver’s license and your own personal vehicle to travel to dealership locationsYou have or are working towards an industry designationOur Culture Starts with You
