Territory Sales Representative
Company : Bundy Baking Solutions
Location : Brantford, Ontario or Remote
Travel : 30% overnight
Compensation : Competitive salary plus commissions (approx. $70,000–$90,000)
Position Summary : Working from a home office, the successful candidate will travel to bakery customers across Bundy Baking Solutions' divisions, reporting to the Canadian President to drive growth in net sales and support our customers in the wholesale baking industry.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet stakeholders at customer bakeries to evaluate pan and coating performance.
- Work with local Pan Glo plant management and customers to optimize pan cleaning and reglaze schedules.
Identify potential new customers and cross‑sell existing product lines.
Execute an overall sales territory plan.Understand customers' needs and how we can help.Work closely with inside sales of each division.Enlist additional organizational support where needed.
Efficiently plan territory visits through territory mapping.Develop key relationships by demonstrating and living the Bundy Baking Solutions creed.Meet with corporate and plant‑level personnel.Establish action items for sales growth.Travel to customers as expected, potentially 30% overnight.Visit BBS Canada’s head office once a month for key team meetings.Hold weekly virtual meetings with team members to discuss sales opportunities.5+ years of relevant experience in bakery operations, sales, or sales management.Desired Qualifications
Strong food & bakery knowledge.Fluently bilingual in French and English.\akta
Required Qualifications
