What are the Responsibilities?
Design and implement cutting-edge manufacturing test strategies, systems, and softwareChampion Design for Testability across all product releasesLead engineering change processes, ensuring seamless integration from design to productionCollaborate with electronics manufacturing service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical challengesProvide remote support for manufacturing test issuesEvaluate and onboard top-tier vendors for quality and commercial alignmentBuild and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers and partnersDrive manufacturing quality audits and ensure product excellence through rigorous testingMentor and guide junior engineers, technologists, technicians, and internsCoordinate daily operations within the Manufacturing TeamTravel occasionally to partner sites and development hubs (1–2 times / year)What are the Requirements?
Diploma or B.A.Sc. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)EGBC registration / eligibility as an EIT4+ years of hands-on experience in electronic manufacturing or related industriesDeep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and test strategiesStrong foundation in math, physics, and first-principles designProficiency in interpreting schematics and Bills of MaterialsExperience with LabView and TestStand for test developmentSkilled in Microsoft Office, Windows OS installation, and PC hardware configurationFamiliarity with Linux installation and configurationPreferred Experience :
Expertise in board-level and system / box-level manufacturing and testingKnowledge of data collection and statistical process control for yield / failure analysisExperience with Linux-based networking and securityFamiliarity with change control processesWho You Are
