Your Role

• You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding client needs to selecting the final candidate.
• You will conduct proactive headhunting across various platforms.
• You will lead in-depth interviews and present high-quality candidate profiles to clients.
• You will prepare and document candidate files with rigor and professionalism.
• You will ensure regular follow-ups with clients to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
• You will develop new business relationships by identifying organizations that could benefit from our services.

Your Profile

• You have relevant experience in recruitment and/or executive search.
• You are structured, curious, and results-driven, without ever losing sight of the human aspect.
