Are you looking to expand and grow your practice within a multi-disciplinary clinic?

The Sport Medicine Clinic (SMC) is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our ever-growing team. The clinic is located in the TD South Tower and connected to The Toronto Athletic Club, which is also part of the Cambridge Group of Clubs (CGOC). The CGOC is a collection of 3 unique health and fitness clubs, serving an exclusive membership of leaders, executives and professionals in the downtown core. The Toronto Athletic Club, the Adelaide Club and the Cambridge Club comprise the CGOC and are all located within the downtown core. At capacity, the number of members of the 3 clubs totals approximately 6500.

Therapist will earn a commission based on a % split of revenue billed. Full time Therapist (min 30 hours/week of treatment) - $70K - $85K (projected earnings) *Gratuities would be additional

The On-site gym in the Toronto Athletic Club includes 2 strength gyms, a designated cardio gym, 5 squash courts, locker rooms with full amenities, and 4 group fitness studios with ongoing group fitness classes.

The SMC team is comprised of physiotherapy, athletic therapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and naturopathy.

Compensation and team member benefits:

We offer a fee-for-service split on practitioner billings.

Our clinics provide services to an amazing, highly motivated and athletic clientele. Our athletic patients range from professional level hockey, basketball and baseball players to elite and amateur level triathletes, cyclists, runners and skiers to the weekend warrior.

· Valid Massage Therapy license from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, in good standing.

· Current First-Aid and CPR certification.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Strong work ethic and open to learning new manual skills and techniques

· Works well in a team based multi-disciplinary practice

· Ability to organize and implement strategic repeatable marketing and networking systems to help grow and enhance their practice on an annual basis.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible to grow their own practice and obtain new clients.

· Submit invoices twice monthly for payroll.

· This position is for full time hours starting at minimally 25 hours of available treatment time. Working Hours will be dictated by business demands, as the therapist grows their practice more available treatment time will be available.

· Practice building to include networking with the club's membership, actively participating in specific Club and Clinic events and to create an environment of successful execution of functions with appropriate follow up to build a strong base for repeat business.
