Sr. Technical Program Manager – Electronic Arts (EA)

Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Programs : Build and lead technically‑focused programs and initiatives that support EA’s innovation goals.
- Facilitate Collaboration : Partner with senior leaders, product teams, engineering, and cross‑functional partners to define, plan, and execute technology programs aligned with organizational goals, ensuring technical requirements are met.
- Drive Alignment : Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders; facilitate alignment and transparency on program goals, progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Communicate Effectively : Provide concise, data‑driven updates to stakeholders and leadership, adapting communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Measure Progress : Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), success criteria, and feedback mechanisms to evaluate program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Manage Change : Oversee change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or technologies, minimizing resistance and maximizing strategic value.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in program or project management within technical or engineering environments.Technical acumen with experience working closely with software development or technical operations teams.Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and build consensus across organizational levels.Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and driving results independently.Expertise in change management, facilitating organizational and technological transitions smoothly.Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details for diverse audiences.Self‑motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering impactful results.Compensation and Benefits
The ranges listed below represent EA's good faith estimates for this role in these locations at the time of posting. Pay is determined based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
Pay Ranges
British Columbia (depending on location, e.g., Vancouver vs. Victoria) : $130,800 – $183,000 CADBenefits in British Columbia include :
