Law Clerk - US Immigration:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Law Clerk - US Immigration for a 3 month contract role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto office.
Law Clerk - US Immigration - Job Description:
The project involves supporting the legal team by drafting, reviewing, and compiling U.S. immigration applications and related documents. The role requires coordinating the movement of work between local offices and updating internal case management systems.
Law Clerk - US Immigration - Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, print, scan, and compile U.S. immigration applications and related documents
• Coordinate the movement of work between local offices
• Update internal case management and document management systems
• Assist the legal team with administrative tasks as needed
Law Clerk - US Immigration - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk
• Legal experience in a law firm or high-volume law firm
• Previous experience with US Immigration
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficient with Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills
Law Clerk - US Immigration – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Database management experience
• Experience with preparing and filing US O-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions
• Experience with preparing and filing US L-1B Specialized Knowledge petitions
• Experience preparing and filing US Requests for Evidence Responses
