Notary - Title Search (Hybrid Mode)
Our client, a multidisciplinary firm promoting an inclusive and dynamic work environment, is looking for a notary with experience in title search.
With a focus on collegiality, mutual support and skills development, this is a great opportunity for a professional looking for stability and a work environment where they can continue to progress.
On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will perform title searches, including analyzing certificates of location and cadastral plans, drafting deeds and other tasks of a research notary. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years' experience in title searches and will stand out for his attention to detail and focus.
Given the specific nature of the role within the firm, several job parameters will be tailor-made with you, including the target of billable hours and the way in which you will deliver your services.
