What You’ll Do

• Customer Experience – drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drives Sales – achieve sales results by analyzing business data and providing best-in-class customer service.
• OMNI Channel Fulfillment – support all omni‑channel sales and operations.
• Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision – maintain store aesthetics and floor performance.
• Store & Stockroom Operations – oversee daily store operations and efficiency.
• Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management – manage store staff, schedule and payroll.
• Training and Development – recruit, train and develop associate talent.
• Communication – maintain clear, transparent communication across teams.
• Asset Protection – safeguard store assets and merchandise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
