What You’ll Do
- Customer Experience – drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drives Sales – achieve sales results by analyzing business data and providing best-in-class customer service.
- OMNI Channel Fulfillment – support all omni‑channel sales and operations.
- Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision – maintain store aesthetics and floor performance.
- Store & Stockroom Operations – oversee daily store operations and efficiency.
- Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management – manage store staff, schedule and payroll.
- Training and Development – recruit, train and develop associate talent.
- Communication – maintain clear, transparent communication across teams.
- Asset Protection – safeguard store assets and merchandise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to show up in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
