Day Programs

You will be a part of a team that provides individualized therapy while also offering education in a small therapeutic classroom CASAs day programs children attend as they would a community school. The family and care team work together to support the childs social emotional academic and physical development. Areas of focus include social skills academic functioning and emotional and sensory awareness.

Salary / Wage range : $78345 - $116459

Shift structure : Monday to Friday 7.25 hours per day

Primary location : CASA Centre

Union : Exempt

Classification : Out of Scope

FTE : 1.0

Status : Temporary until June 2027

About the Role

The Program Supervisor provides day-to-day hands-on support to an interprofessional team. The Program Supervisor provides clinical and service delivery support staff oversight including program area orientation day-to-day operational management and participates in performance management. They lead staff development and training advise and implement program development as well as evaluation and quality improvement.

The Program Supervisor will :

• Support program staff to utilize a holistic and high-quality model of assessment and treatment planning that is family-centered trauma-informed and inclusive of biological psychological social and cultural factors for the patients and their family.
• Oversee the program referral intake and admission processes based on program inclusion / exclusion criteria and present exceptional case referrals to Program Manager for final approval.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching role modeling and direction to program area staff.
• Review and complete patient safety event forms.
• Lead program staff debriefs following safety events.
