Overhead Door Installer _ $20.00 / Hour

Our client in Regina Saskatchewan is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team.

What's in it for you

  • 20.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
  • Paid weekly, every Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Temporary to permanent role
  • Minimum 37.5 hours per week.

What's the job

The Service Technician will work with residential, commercial and industrial clients on installation, servicing and replacing of overhead garage doors, rolling steel shutters and related opener systems.

  • Physically able to move, and load materials in a safe manner.
  • Use of appropriate tools and equipment to accomplish the assigned job.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean working environment.
  • Responsible to deliver a top quality job.

    • What do you bring to the job

  • Experience working in the door installation and service industry would be an asset
  • A millwright ticket would be highly desirable
  • Any certification level through the Canadian Door Institute would be an asset
  • First aid certificate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be mechanically minded.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to read blue prints and manufacturer documentation.
  • Able to Pass a criminal record check / background check
  • Legal to work in Canada without restrictions
