About the role :

This is a full-time, contractor position.

As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) at Tall Tree Health, you're joining more than just a clinic—you'll be part of one of BC’s most comprehensive private multidisciplinary healthcare teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice within our integrated care model, where your expertise in hands-on therapy plays a key role in a collaborative approach to patient wellness.

We’re excited to be welcoming our first Registered Massage Therapist at our new Port Coquitlam location! You'll work alongside a diverse team of professionals—including physiotherapists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, and clinical counsellors—creating opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and holistic patient care. This is a unique chance to help build something from the ground up and shape massage therapy services within a dynamic, growing clinic.

As a Registered Massage Therapist at Tall Tree, you will :

• Provide client-centered therapy. Assess and treat individuals using evidence-based manual therapy techniques tailored to their needs, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and other approaches within your scope.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team . You'll coordinate care with Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals when an integrated approach is beneficial for client outcomes.
• Communicate with third-party insurance providers , employers, and other relevant professionals while maintaining clear, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Commit to continuous growth . You’ll stay up to date with the latest research, treatment techniques, and best practices to ensure clients receive the highest standard of care.
