Java Curam Developer (ID#5266)

The company, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an experienced Java Curam Developer to support the design and development of a Claims Management System, including integration with other enterprise systems.

• Design, develop, and deliver one or more components of a Claims Management System using Java and Curam.
• Lead and contribute to the planning, design, development, and integration of complex, enterprise-scale Java applications.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices.
• Prototype, implement, and enhance user interface components.
• Perform unit testing and support system integration and testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to integrate solutions with internal and external systems.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding team members, influencing solution design, and evaluating technical approaches.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Promote a collaborative and respectful team culture, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of deliverables and see solutions through to successful completion.
