The role we are offering:
By joining our medical services team, you will have the opportunity to participate in managing disability and CNESST (workers’ compensation) cases for all Canadian employees and contribute to the development of return-to-work and workplace wellness programs. Are you ready to:
Support employees and managers in handling workplace accident and occupational illness cases and ensure a successful return to work (in collaboration with a case manager).
Support employees and managers in managing disability cases and ensure a successful return to work (in collaboration with a case manager).
Participate in implementing wellness programs.
Be responsible for the travel clinic, pre-departure consultations, and administration of required vaccines.
Oversee the annual flu vaccination campaign.
Coordinate blood donation activities with Héma-Québec.
Provide first aid and assistance for personal discomfort; serve as a member of the emergency response team.
Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical exams.
Act as the workplace first aid leader.
Perform treatments for patients (injections, dressings).
Receive and process claims from unionized and salaried employees in Canadian divisions.
Maintain the registry of employees on disability, progressive return, and return to work.
Participate in organizing the health department.
Contribute to global COVID-19 pandemic management.
Develop expert mandates.
The passionate professional we are looking for has:
DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Strong interest in workplace health and wellness.
Excellent organizational skills.
Active member of the OIIQ.
5–10 years of experience in varied medical care.
Experience in occupational health (an asset).
Knowledge of CNESST case management (an asset).
Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written.
