Join our Prospera team this year as a Relationship Manager (RM) at our Mission Branch .

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing advisory relationships with our highest value members. You will be a leader in holistic relationship management practices and bring your highly developed process for proactive outreach, pipeline management, and engagement of our line of business specialists to meet our member financial needs.

What you’ll do :

  • Proficiently assess members’ financial objectives, risk tolerance, and unique needs to provide tailored advice.

Effectively create holistic financial strategies that encompass investment, lending, protection, and omni-channel day to day banking.

  • Facilitate referrals to trusted partners and ensuring a smooth transition of the member while maintaining trust.
  • Responsible for retention and growth of our segment of highest value members across all lines of business.

  • Promptly action product maturity, handling each lead with a holistic advice-based approach to grow relationship and help members to achieve their goals.
  • Executes on holistic advice based financial strategies by fulfilling members complex lending, investment, protection, and day to day banking needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions, advice, and transactions, while adhering to internal policy, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Has a solid understanding of registered products including tax implications and is comfortable developing strategies for term deposits to balance members needs for liquidity and desired returns.
  • Supporting a positive member experience provides back-up support to all other AC roles when needed.
  • What you bring :

  • At least 3 years or more working in financial services with at least 1 year in an advisory capacity.
  • Proven previous experience with mortgage lending and selling mutual funds.
  • Mutual funds licensed.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Previous experience in a professional financial advisory sales environment.
  • Financial acumen skills and knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Superior understanding of retail lending, including complex mortgages such as construction and non-traditional mortgages.
  • Proven understanding of investments including experience selling mutual funds and developing holistic financial plans.
  • Able to develop and build relationships with members and provide advice in a variety of member situations.
  • Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with using a variety of technology.
