Data Engineer

Adecco is currently seeking a Data Engineer for a full-time opportunity based in Ottawa. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in building data pipelines and supporting AI / ML solutions, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative technology environment.

As a Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain data ingestion pipelines for both structured and unstructured sources on AWS. You will support knowledge-base-driven architectures used by AI assistants and agents, troubleshoot data quality and performance issues, and collaborate closely with architects and developers to implement data schemas and contracts. Your work will directly contribute to the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI solutions.

• Location : Ottawa, ON
• Pay Rate : $65 - $75 / hour T4 (negotiable) | $75 - $85 / hour IC (negotiable)
• Job Type : Full-time, Permanent / Contract (negotiable based on candidate)
• Schedule : Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
