Service Associate

We are currently seeking a Service Associate to join our team in Brockville and support the operations and administration of a Financial Advisor at Assante Capital Management. The Service Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating account management and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What you bring :

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services industry with a focus on operations and client’s services.
• Post-secondary education.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with DocuSign, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong analytical, administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Proven ability to collaborate well in a team environment and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
