The Opportunity

Operations Supervisor – Coquitlam, British Columbia. As the Operations Supervisor you will oversee the daily activities within the Operator Training Department, ensuring that all workflows align with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Overseeing the responsibilities of the operations team
• Supervising, training, and evaluating the performance of assigned employees
• Assisting with hiring admin team members
• Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
• Evaluating and reporting on department metrics, and developing strategies to improve department performance

Adhering to and executing departmental budgets

The base pay range for this role is $69,200 to $86,500 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses. This is a hybrid role based in Coquitlam, British Columbia .
