What You'll Do:
As a Graduate Respiratory Therapist (GRT), you'll:
"Provide safe, evidence-based respiratory care in a supportive learning environment
" Support patients in acute and critical care settings, including ICU, Emergency and NICU
" Assist in the delivery of therapeutic interventions including ventilation management, oxygen therapy and airway management.
" Work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
" Participate in on-the-job training, mentorship and orientation

What We Are Looking For:
" Recent graduate of accredited Respiratory Therapy program
" Eligible for Graduate or General registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO)
" Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required; ACLS/NALS/PALS an asset
" Strong communication skills, clinical judgement and willingness to learn
" Flexible, adaptable and team-oriented
