Job Description

Leggat Stouffville Ford is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join our team! Are you ready for your next career opportunity? Apply with Leggat Kia today!

This is an onsite role supprting core operating hours.

Responsibilities :

Telephone communications and reception duties
Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
Vehicle licensing and administration
Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts / payments
Participate in administrative tasks
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information

Previous experience with vehicle licensing is desired

Previous receptionist and automotive experience is desired

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner

Organizational ability and attention to detail

Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion

Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers

Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals

One (1) year of reception experience or equivalent preferred
