Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Manager, Employee Engagement, Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to fill a 6-month contract located in Toronto.

Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement.

As Manager, Employee Engagement, Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (AML), your duties will include but not be limited to :

Managing monthly professional and personal development programs

Overseeing engagement events such as town halls, employee appreciation events, and quarterly recognition programs

Managing a website redevelopment project

Qualifications required for Manager, Employee Engagement, Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (AML) include :

University degree, preference given to those degrees related to communications or human resources

Previous experience in employee engagement, communications, and team management

Previous experience working for BMO an asset
