Your Role

As part of our Technical Writing team, you will use your strong organizational skills and writing ability to quickly learn new subject matter to create, maintain, and control our collection of company manuals and technical documents. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly without sacrificing quality, learning new subject matter to accurately communicate information into policies, procedures, and manuals.

WORK HOURS : Monday to Friday on‑site position (40 hours per week)

LOCATION : Richmond (YVR) – Vancouver South Terminal

TERM : Full‑Time Regular

DEPARTMENT : Quality Assurance

Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborating with subject matter experts to create and edit documentation related to policy, procedures, forms, and training material.
• Ensuring that document revision and control processes are maintained.
• Helping maintain digital aircraft files.
• Supporting the maintenance of the technical library, including subscriptions, updates, and revisions.
• Other activities as directed by the VP of Maintenance or the Engineering and Quality Manager.
