Location

This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in Romania.

About the team

The Sr. Application Consultant is a consulting position within Kinaxis’s Professional Services, Innovation and Data Science Services organization. You will work closely with other team members within our multidisciplinary team and with other teams cross-functionally, to deliver end-to-end customer projects related to innovative applications, such as Production Planning and Scheduling.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of detailed production scheduling tool, including leading a team of consultants through business requirements discovery sessions, data configuration and solution validation
• Understand customer’s requirements and needs related to detailed production scheduling, such as key metrics to optimize in a production schedule, constraints, scheduling processes across Master Planners and Master Schedulers, exception and disruption management processes; manage customer-facing discussions.
• Configure innovative software solutions, incorporating new capabilities to complex business problems using best practices.
• Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product Team to prioritize and develop capabilities to fill the gaps.
• Support the development of solution deployment processes and training material to enable other consultants and partners to deploy solution efficiently and effectively
• Guide and mentor other members on the team and help scale innovations for all new services.
