What are the details and perks?
- Monday to Friday day shift (7am – 3 : 30pm)
- All maintenance team members are allotted shower time (paid) at the end of their shift
- Base wage $38.73 – 43.58 / hour to start depending on experience
- After a 90-day probation the pay will increase to $48.42 / hour
- Comprehensive, 100% employer paid extended benefits

What are the Responsibilities?
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of machinery and equipmentAssemble, install, and align mechanical equipment and systemsPerform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipmentWeld / fabricate plant components and pipingOperate forklifts and lifting / hoisting devices safely as requiredMentor apprentices and support their developmentComplete work orders and contribute to preventative maintenance programsRecommend improvements to equipment and processes, support ongoing Continuous Improvement and Operational ExcellenceMaintain a clean and organized work environmentUphold company values and foster a respectful, team-oriented cultureWhat are the Requirements?
Valid SK Journeyperson Millwright Certificate or Interprovincial Red Seal CertificationMinimum 4 years of experience in a production or industrial settingPreference for candidates with strong fabrication and welding skillsAbility to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and manualsPhysically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing repetitive motionsComfortable working in confined spaces, heights, cold weather, and around animal by-productsExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply now or email your resume to Chris Hutton at
