Description de postePost-Secondary Education in a related field. Completed Training as an agricultural or construction machinery mechatronics technician or automotive mechatronics technician. Hands-on experience in agriculture / engineering or a comparable industry. Knowledge in vehicles electrics, mechanics, hydraulics, and dealing with computer-aided diagnostic systems.
Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain solutions for various agriculture equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and integration with farm management systems.
- Carrying out repair and conversion work on agricultural machinery in the field of mechanics, hydraulics, and on electronic components.
- Train farmers, agronomists, and other end-users on the effective use of the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software updates, system patches, and integration with hardware components.
- Maintain detailed records of services calls, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in company databases.
- Provide feedback to development teams regarding common user challenges and suggest improvements.
