Nanny Wanted - Part Time Live In Nanny Needed In Ottawa, Ontario $20 Per Hour Flexible Schedule & Rent Free Living

Hello! My name is Noémi, and my family in Ottawa, Ontario is looking for a part-time nanny. This is a unique position where, in exchange for your help around the house, you would receive free rent plus a monthly pay for your assistance. We have three middle school-aged children (girls).

This is a live-in position that provides a very comfortable living environment for the right candidate. We are located in Alta Vista, which is an easy commute by bus or car to downtown Ottawa, and both UofO and Carleton (if you are a student).

You would stay in a fully furnished, modern basement apartment featuring :

• A private Kitchen, Bathroom, and Bedroom with Queen bed
• Access to a home gym and theatre room
• Free, nutritious meals

We are looking for assistance with laundry, and with light housekeeping duties to ensure our home stays tidy and welcoming (i.e. : kitchen and main living areas). Meal prep is also an essential part of the role, as we like to provide our kids with nutritious meals. Your responsibilities would also include helping the girls stay on track with their school routines and occasionally engaging them in leisurely activities.

As we share custody of our children, we are only seeking help every second week, giving you flexibility and ample free time to work elsewhere, or engage in your studies. Preferably, we are looking for someone who is available 5-7 days a week in the early mornings and in the evenings (1-2 hrs). We may also ask you to occasionally help us over the weekend (i.e. : if we are hosting friends and family).

Example schedule :

Mornings : 6 : 30am-8 : 30am

Evenings : 5 : 30pm-7 : 30pm

Weekends : we are flexible

We are offering a pay rate of $20 per hour and are seeking someone who is trustworthy and reliable. The estimated maximum monthly payout for this role is around $1,500, including free rent.

We are seeking someone who can make a minimum commitment of at least one full year.

• We cannot provide LMIA or help with work permit applications.
