The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for all aspects related to managing the day-to-day transportation and logistics in Montreal, as detailed below :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the movement of Aircraft Parts and related equipment (Air & Ground)
• Request quotes from carriers
• Produce commercial invoices for shipments to US and Overseas
• Tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Monitor transportation invoicing and prices
• Inform of any transportation-related issues, damaged shipments, delays, high costs
• Assist with Critical and AOG (Aircraft on The Ground) shipments
• Provide assistance to the Supply Chain in transportation-related activities in areas such as Stock Transfers (STI’s), Purchase Orders / Repair Orders, Inventory, Warehousing
• Perform related duties as assigned by Manager
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

Security Clearance Requirements / CGP / ITAR :

Position requires the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
