Description de posteLead and support the accounting / finance team. Oversee a small team of finance professionals. Prepare monthly interim financial statements. Develop annual budgets and perform regular variance analysis. Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and KPIs; highlight risks and opportunities. Implement and maintain strong internal controls. Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany accounts, HST, and other government remittances. Prepare year-end working papers for external accountants. Recommend improvements to financial processes and standard operating procedures. CPA designation required. 2-3 years of experience in related industries would be an asset (construction preferred) Strong computer skills; experience with Jonas and QuickBooks is an asset. Knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE). Competitive salary with performance-based bonus potential. $90,000 - $120,000 Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, wellness).
