We are seeking an individual who will step into a critical leadership role as a Regional Manager. This role is critical to the organization supporting our Northern Ontario easyfinancial team. Direct oversight of 7-10 branches and 26-30 employees in the scope of this regional alignment.

The successful Regional Manager must reside within the territory which consists of : North Bay, Sudbury, Sault Ste Marie, Thunder Bay, Timmins, Hunstville & Pembroke. Frequent travel is required.

What Will You Do As a Regional Manager

Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure outstanding customer service levels are provided to both external and internal customers
• Handle and resolve all customer complaints promptly
• Ensure adherence to customer retention procedures

Deliver Financial Results

Grow Revenue Base

Execute Operations Standards

Asset Protection and Loss Prevention

Monitor and ensure compliance to store opening and closing standards
