We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Edmonton, AB Dealership as a Business Office Manager . This is a Full Time, Regular position .
The Business Office Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial service sales, while working closely with customers and with the Sales and Service Departments to ensure the profitability and success of the Business Office, The Business Manager is expected to consistently display and model the values and mission of the company.

Adhere to the company Mission, Vision & ValuesGenerate revenue through the Business Office by ethically promoting and selling products for both financial and after-market items for clients to consider in their buying decisionPromote extended service agreements, financing, tire replacement and credit life, accident and health insurance plans to customersMonitor all retail, and to a lesser extent, wholesale sales transaction through IDS and F&I Point by capping, uncapping, vehicle identification number input on trades, lot location, GL location, vehicle status, delivery date co-ordination, assigning trade-in vehicle stock numbers and odometer verification inputTo fully disclose all vehicle options, programs, financial arrangements, taxes and products and all monies terms and conditions associated with themCommunicate with all departments within the dealership as well as insurance companies, financial companies and after-market companies associated with the Adventurer Group in a professional mannerNegotiate terms & conditions with financial institutionsPromote, train and develop a positive, harmonized, winning relationship with all Sales Managers and sales staff in order to maximize efficiency and profitabilityDevelop incentives for salespeople to sell insurance and financing in accordance with dealership policiesAssist all client concerns or desires in regard to the products or services under control, as well as providing the customer with the correct direction for those items outside the direction of the Business Office Manager.Controlling all financial variables regarding clients, financial institutions, manufacturers’ rebates, dealer promotions, Federal and Provincial taxes and regulations. Ensuring complete payment for all sold vehicles. Managing all forms of payments or depositFostering a positive work environment for all those working under the direction of the Correctly providing all clients with their manufacturer’s warranty information and ensuring all relative warranty forms or documents to be complete (verify all documents for correct titles, taxes and lien information)Schedule & organize delivery of unitsPrepare monthly reports and distribute to dealerAny other items, as directed by the General ManagerREQUIREMENTS :
Secondary education and or related experienceBusiness experience is required (experience from one of the following areas is acceptable : agriculture, marine, automotive, insurance, financing, and banking).Experience working within RV industry is an asset.Proficiency in “Customer Service First “Additional experience is provided by the dealership.As part of our recruitment process pre-employment background checks will be conducted.Fraserway RV is part of Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV Company, with full-service dealerships spanning coast to coast.
