Typical Scope

In a Controller role, you'll be at the helm of financial leadership, ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining controls, and driving financial strategy for a growing organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the financial close process, delivering timely, accurate financial statements and analyses
• Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP and regulatory requirements while managing external audits
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and process efficiencies
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
• Implement scalable solutions, including system upgrades and automation
• Drive success in projects like M&A, ERP implementations, and expansion initiatives
