What You Will Do

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate personal and commercial lines claims of high complexity in Bodily Injury, including automobile, long-haul trucking, motorcycle, and recreational vehicle claims
• Manage challenging coverage claims with tact and professionalism
• Provide timely, accurate reserving in line with corporate protocols and guidelines
• Maintain control over expenses through proactive handling techniques
• Direct vendor partners as necessary
• Manage claims in litigation, participate in mediations, pre-trials, and settlement conferences
