Technical Support Representative (IAM)

This is an open role with our client in the insurance industry, offering an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Cybersecurity team specializing in IAM Access Provisioning. With two positions available, this opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the lifecycle of employees, contractors, third-party users, and brokers through onboarding, access changes, and offboarding.
  • Perform user administration across various applications and systems, including Active Directory, ISAM, LDAP, and other business-facing applications.
  • Support IT audit requirements to meet compliance programs, including Internal / External Audit, through evidence collection, review, and creating remediation plans as needed.
  • Ensure service requests are addressed within SLA guidelines.
  • Participate in projects concerning Access Management and Broker Sanctioning, following the entire project lifecycle.
  • Develop and enhance processes to ensure compliance with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance programs.
  • Maintain operational processes and procedures aligned with security policies and audit controls.
  • Identify pain points and propose improvements, such as automation, to enhance efficiency and customer service.
  • What you will need to succeed :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent academic certification.
  • 1+ year of Identity and Access Management experience within a financial or insurance institution.
  • Solid understanding of Identity Management principles : Least Privilege, Segregation of Duties, Confidentiality, and Integrity.
  • Experience with access management technologies such as SailPoint, Active Directory, LDAP, IBM Security Access Manager, Privilege Access Management, and CyberArk is an asset.
  • ITIL and ISC(2); Certifications are considered an asset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and self-motivation skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership and proactive behavior in responsibilities.
