Responsibilities

• Maintains resident records and required documentation in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Performs medication assistance and care tasks, including BP monitoring, catheter care, ROM assistance, mobility / movement exercises, and administration of eye drops, ointments, inhalers, nebulizers, PRN medication, insulin injections, transdermal patches, rectal suppositories, and topical ointments as delegated or as part of the routine assistance of daily living.
• Monitors resident well‑being in accordance with the residence policy.
• Supports common area cleaning, laundry, and resident care assignments as needed.
• Completes all aspects of resident care outlined in the personal service plan.
• Responds promptly to resident call bells and door alarms, providing courteous service.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Must Haves

Wage Leveling rate of pay $29.83 per hour until such time that wage leveling ends, then the pay rate will reflect the collective agreement.
