Your Daily Adventures

As the Procurement Intern, you will support the Indirect Procurement team in ongoing projects, vendor management, and cost optimization for non-product-related categories (e.g., IT, marketing, Store operations, facilities). Key tasks include assisting in building and organizing supplier data, Indirect spend categorizing exercise, participation in ongoing procurement projects and supporting process improvements. The intern will gain hands-on experience in procurement strategies while contributing to efficiency projects.

Starting May 2026, dive into a 15 week full-time adventure and experience fashion differently!

Your Daily Adventures:

• Assist the team in keeping our supplier database organized and help out with our spend categorization exercises to see where our resources go.
• Support ongoing projects across different departments like IT, Marketing, and Store Operations, learning how a corporate office stays connected.
• Help us look for small ways to make our workflows better and more efficient while learning the basics of cost-optimization.
• Join the team in vendor meetings and procurement discussions to see firsthand how we build strong partnerships and business strategies.

Your Toolkit

• Open to undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior coursework or interest in procurement, negotiation, or analytics is a plus
• Available to work full-time during the duration of the internship.
• Bilingual (French & English)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Hiring Rate

• Year 1 Student: $20 hourly
  Year 2 Student: $22 hourly
  Year 3 Student: $24 hourly
