Senior Application Systems Analyst :
On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Senior Application Systems Analyst for a 12-month engagement.
Senior Application Systems Analyst Job Details :
Our valued client requires a Senior Application Systems Analyst to provide analysis support to translate requirements into solution specifications, establish scope, costs, timelines and coordinate the delivery of solutions.
In addition to daily interactions with business clients, this role may work with technical resources to clarify solution specifications, oversee and conduct testing, diagnose form issues, and identify solution gaps for future tool enhancements.
Experience with Adobe Form solutions (Fillable PDF, HTML Forms) is desired; Experience with Electronic Signing solutions is desired.
Senior Application Systems Analyst Responsibilities :
- Our business clients expect quick solution delivery on a tight budget.
- To meet these key drivers, most solutions are out of the box with little to no customizations.
- This role is key to understanding the solution gaps for business clients out of the box.
- They will work closely with Form Services leadership to inform decisions on which tool features to operationalize next.
Senior Application Systems Analyst Must Have Skills :
- Five (5) years of experience in designing, implementing, performing upgrades, configuring, troubleshooting and documenting software solutions.
- Five (5) years of experience in large-scale software package application.
- Five (5) years of experience in an analysis role demonstrating the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Five (5) years of experience dealing with design considerations, staff impact analysis, and implementation timelines.
- Experience with Adobe Form solutions (Fillable PDF, HTML Forms).
- Experience with Electronic Signing solutions.
Senior Application Systems Analyst Nice to Have Skills :
1. Strong customer service skills
2. Proficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels
3. Proficiency in documenting requirements and other project required artifacts
4. Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations.
