Truck Team Lead – Active, Outdoor Work (1–5 Ton Driving)

We’re hiring Truck Team Leads to take charge on-site, work alongside a helper, and represent our brand with professionalism and pride.

What You’ll Do :

• Drive a 1-ton, 3-ton, or 5-ton truck (Class 5 license required).
• Lead a small crew — keep the job on schedule and help with loading / unloading.
• Talk to customers, keep job notes, and communicate with dispatch.
• Occasional upsell or provide basic quotes (we’ll train you on this).
• Perform cleanups and light demolition work.
