Pizza and Bread Manager at Fortinos Supermarket Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the department while performing key operational duties with employees.
• Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.
• Increase sales and gross profit while minimizing shrink by preparing production planners to meet sales goals.
• Produce consistent, fresh, and quality products according to recipe cards.
• Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.
• Order product, receive and manage inventory, and plan production to ensure a good in-stock position.
• Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and oversee employees.
• Ensure compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety, and food safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
