Accounts Receivable Clerk / AR Analyst – Full Time

Thorold, ON

$21.63 / hr | Benefits | Monday–Friday

A busy and growing company in Thorold is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk / AR Analyst to support a high-volume accounting department. This is a great opportunity for anyone with invoicing, collections, reconciliation, AR, billing, or accounting admin experience who wants long-term stability and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

Process invoices and post customer payments

Manage collections and follow up on overdue accounts

Complete reconciliations, credit memos, adjustments, and discrepancy resolutions

Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues

Assist with month-end close and prepare AR aging reports

Maintain accurate AR records and ensure policy compliance

Use Excel and accounting software to analyze accounts and improve processes

What You Bring

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

1+ year of experience in AR, accounting, billing, collections, or finance

Comfortable using accounting software (Sage 300, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas, basic analysis)

Great communication, accuracy, and organization in a fast-paced environment

Experience with customer portals or high-volume AR is an asset—but not required
