Sales Content & Knowledge Specialist, LHH Global
We’re looking for a strong writer and editor who’s passionate about crafting clear, persuasive, and client-ready sales content. In this role, you’ll work in LHH’s global Sales Enablement team, supportingOpportunity Management inwriting, editing, and organizing proposal content, PowerPoint presentations, and other sales collateral that help us win new business.
You’ll partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and sales stakeholders to ensure our messaging is compelling, consistent, and aligned to our go-to-market strategy. Whether you’re rewriting RFP answers, fine-tuning sales templates, documenting processes, or updating case studies, your work will directly support revenue generation across our global sales team.

Key Accountabilities
Write, edit, and design persuasive sales content for use in proposals, presentations, RFPs, and other sales materialsCollaborate with SMEs and sales leadersto gather information and shape compelling client-focused narrativesMaintain and update a central library of approved content using tools like Loopio, Seismic, and SharePointEvolve and enhance sales templates, decks, and toolkits to reflect current messaging, design, and brand standardsBuild and maintain a strong library of case studies and proof points across services, industries, and geographiesEdit, proofread, and provide internal feedback 2 on bid materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impactSupport quality control on key bids and sales presentations, reviewing structure, tone, and visual alignmentCoachbid managersand members of the sales team on sales writing best practices (. tone, structure, storytelling)Upload and organize final content in internal platforms, ensuring materials are easy to find and use across global teamsHelp communicate new content and updates to the broader sales organization to drive adoptionAll About You
Must Have
Strong experience writing and editing sales or proposal content (. RFPs, pitch decks, client presentations)Excellent written English with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and sales scenariosStrong PowerPoint skills – ability to design and refine client-facing slides (not just internal decks)Comfortable working with content management platforms such as Loopio, Seismic, or SharePointAbility to manage multiple content projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environmentStrong stakeholder collaboration skills – especially working with SMEs and senior sales leadersHighly organized and detail-oriented, with good judgment around brand, tone, and message alignmentNice to Have
Experience in sales enablement or bid / proposal managementFamiliarity with using AI tools to accelerate writing and content refinementUnderstanding of sales processes within professional services or HR solutions industriesWhat we offer
