Responsibilities

• Work in a team to ensure preventive and curative maintenance of production equipment.
• Participate in the improvement of equipment in place and the implementation of new equipment.
• Provide support to production teams.
• Be safety‑conscious, energetic, and understand your role in the team.
• Promote and provide a safe workplace, seek improvements, and support the Health & Safety program.
• Maintain a communications program to keep employees informed.
• Support compliance with collective agreements and foster healthy union / management / employee relations.
• Report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
