Title: Collections Specialist
Location: West Island
Salary: 50-55K (depending on experience)
Start date: as soon as possible


Are you looking for a new challenge and have experience as a Collections Specialist? Do you like working in a fast paced environment? If so, the Collections Specialist position in Pointe-Claire is ideal for you!

Responsibilities
Manage the collection process
Investigation of all outstanding invoices and deductions
Perform weekly analysis of payment arrangements
Resolve payment discrepancies
Ensure compliance with credit limits
Management of outstanding orders
Reconcile accounts and prepare shift requests, write-offs and credit memos
Prepare all documentation related to deductions

Qualifications
DEP/DEC in Accounting
1 - 2 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with an ERP Systems (an Asset)
Proficient in Excel
Bilingual (an Asset)
