What you will do :
Provide effective day-to-day management of the operations in assigned area in people management, customer service, branch sales, risk management and protection of assetsDrive corporate, business and marketing strategies to facilitate growth in areaMonitor controllable expenses and initiate corrective actions as necessaryLiaise between support functions and branches to facilitate an efficient flow of information in both directionsEnsuring operational and store security is maintainedResponsible for the coaching, developing and encouraging excellence from a diverse teamEstablish and maintain positive customer relationshipsManage labour and branch operating budgetMonitor each branch in the regions performance and implement plans to address inefficienciesManage operational issues as required.What will you bring :
Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline or a minimum of 7-10 years of related experience, including (1) years in a leadership capacityExperience with business development in a primarily B2B (business to business) industryStrong leadership and people management skills through supervising, providing feedback and mentoring or skills developmentAbility to think strategically and fully understand the long-range implications and consequences of business decisionsDemonstrate ability to understand and link complex operational and financial issuesMust be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organizationConsistently meeting deadlines within a fast-paced work environment and works effectively within time constraintsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environmentExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenHighly organized in prioritizing work and multi-taskingEach resume submitted gets individually reviewed by our team and retained for 24 months if other new and exciting opportunities arise that match your skills and qualifications.
