This is a hands-on role that combines logistics coordination, purchasing support, and supplier management—ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and teamwork.In this role, you will:- Coordinate shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries across Canada and the U.S.- Communicate with carriers and freight partners to schedule and track transport.- Support purchasing by issuing and confirming purchase orders.- Monitor stock levels and help maintain accurate inventory records.- Prepare import/export and customs documentation.- Review freight invoices and handle any claims or discrepancies.- Collaborate with accounting, customer service, and warehouse teams for seamless operations.- Participate in inventory counts and assist with reconciliations.Requirements:- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or equivalent an asset).- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesTo apply, please send your resume in Word format to Hannah Tiongson at hannah.tiongson@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
