Description de posteHighly Competitive Pay : $87,300 - $98,900 Annually Unmatched Retirement Benefits : 6% Company Match Contribution with Immediate Vesting and an Additional 6% Company‑Funded Retirement Savings Plan. Paid Time Off : up to 5 weeks, based on years of service. Paid Holidays : Enjoy 10 paid holidays annually to recharge and spend time with loved ones. Experience Requirements : At least 2 years of tractor‑trailer driving experience; 6 months of tanker experience preferred. Valid CDL A : Must hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL A or CDL B). Haz‑Mat & Tanker Endorsements : Required to have both Haz‑Mat and Tanker Endorsements. A TWIC card may also be required depending on the location. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must successfully pass a DOT physical, drug test, and criminal background check to ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Sentinel Transportation is hiring a dedicated and safety‑conscious Bobtail Petroleum Driver for our AM shift at our Martinez, CA terminal. As a Bobtail Petroleum Driver, you will play a crucial role in the safe, effective, and efficient transport of fuel products, all while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and Sentinel Transportation's safety procedures. Primary Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and drop trailers, and load / unload products as required.
- Conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑trip inspections
- Complete required DOT and company paperwork
- Monitor vehicle safety and ensure the functionality of all related equipment.
