I am currently recruiting for an innovative Quebec-based manufacturing company with an international footprint in advanced electromechanical technologies. The organization is looking to strengthen its technical documentation structure to support ongoing growth. Mission Your Role You will play a key role in developing and improving assembly documentation used by production teams. Your responsibilities will include: • Writing and illustrating assembly guides using a digital documentation platform. • Ensuring clarity, technical accuracy, and usability for shop-floor operators. • Updating work instructions following engineering changes, new product launches, or process improvements. • Collaborating closely with production, engineering, and quality teams. • Supporting documentation control and internal quality initiatives. This is a newly created role with strong potential to evolve into an internal technical quality expert position. Your profile Your Profile • Technical diploma (college level) or relevant experience in manufacturing technical writing. • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand electromechanical products. • Excellent written French skills. • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, practical instructions. • Comfortable interpreting drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications. • Proficient with digital tools and basic visual editing. • Detail-oriented, autonomous, and organized. • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-evolving SME environment. English is considered an asset but is not required. Working Conditions • Salary range: $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience. • Annual bonus: 3%. • Group insurance (50/50 cost sharing). • Competitive vacation package. • 100% on-site position. • Clear growth opportunity toward a technical quality expert role.
