Responsibilities

Dispatch pickups and deliveries to drivers quickly and efficiently, ensuring optimal management of Van Load transport operations for a dedicated account

Manage a fleet of 20 to 30 drivers, ensuring smooth coordination and maximum productivity

Maintain direct and effective communication with the client to meet their requirements and anticipate their needs

Generate and analyze performance reports (KPIs) to optimize operations and ensure service standards are met

Ensure on-time service for all pickups and deliveries while adhering to strict schedules

Provide drivers with their work schedules to facilitate effective planning and coordination

Plan tasks for the following day to maximize efficiency and productivity

Perform any other related tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of transport services

Qualifications

Bilingual (French and English)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar dispatch role

Experience in Container and van loads

Knowledge of the transportation industry

Proficiency in computer systems and software

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
