After-Sales Customer Support

A leading distributor of commercial food service equipment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented After-Sales Customer Support representative. This role is ideal for a conscientious problem-solver who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary point of contact for managing incoming technical service requests, parts orders, and warranty claims, ensuring customers receive timely and effective support.

Position: After-Sales Customer Support
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: $24/hour
Location: Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities
-Manage incoming technical service requests, parts orders, and warranty claims.
-Provide exceptional customer service to end-users and service contractors.
-Troubleshoot equipment issues, utilizing technical manuals and collaborating with manufacturers.
-Process walk-in parts orders efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus).
-Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or gas systems is highly beneficial.
-Basic understanding of logistics and warehousing.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
-Previous Counter Sales is an asset!
